2011 marks the 25th Anniversary of the HSV Owners Club Victoria (inc HDT). To celebrate this several of the events being run this year are being joined together to for the 25th Anniversary Challenge. Events have been selected to represent all activities club members enjoy, that is; social, motorsport, touring and fun.
There will be 8 rounds, each round will score points that will be added together throughout the year with the overall winner receiving a 25th Anniversary Challenge Trophy.
We will use the 2011 Formula 1 points system, with the addition that you must, at the end of the year, elect 2 rounds not to score points in. Allowing members to skip around or drop the rounds with the lowest points.
You must enter the Challenge to compete and score points. If you don’t enter before the first event you will not accrue points for any round prior your entry being received and a entrant number being allocated.
The entry fee for the challenge is $20 payable on application. Each event will also have an fee to cover costs, this will vary with the event. Event dates will be locked in progressively throughout the year, details will be available in the club magazine and web site.
As an entrant you will receive a 25th Anniversary Challenge Polo top with the Challenge Logo.
